Tarraco Viva
Tarraco Viva is an annual roman festival which last for 10 days on the second fortnight of May (please check exact dates) at Tarragona. The most remarkable characteristic is the scientific approach, with the focus on cultural diffussión over entertaintment, although some fun activities are available for the whole family.
During those days, seminars, conferences and films are on offer, other for free, or for small amounts. Also, you may attende activities of re-enactment, like gladiators fight, or legions formation and drill. Finally, several fairs are hold simultaneously, as the artisans fair, the bookstore fair and the Roman museums and archeological sites fair.
